God does not want us to be weak or faint!  Isaiah 40:31 gives us powerful insight into how to remain STRONG in this life.  

“Those who WAIT on the LORD shall RENEW THEIR STRENGTH; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”

Isaiah 40:31

This scripture is talking about KEEPING YOUR CONFIDENCE IN THE LORD!  To “wait” means to remain confident!

“In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.”

Isaiah 30:15

Too many times people get all worked up about everything.  Worry and stress will leave you feeling very weary.

START THE YEAR this way . . . 

“But those who wait for the Lord (who EXPECT, look for, and HOPE in Him) shall change and RENEW their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up (CLOSE TO GOD) as eagles (mount up to the sun); they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.”

  Isaiah 40:31 Amplified.

Read Psalm 103:1-5.  The LORD has everything covered!

“You SATISFY my every desire with GOOD THINGS.  You’ve SUPERCHARGED MY LIFE so that I SOAR AGAIN like a flying eagle in the sky!”

Psalm 103:5

Eagles are majestic powerful birds!  When they take off and fly, it gets your attention!  When we are supercharged by God, it gets people’s attention!  Remember Mark 16:17?  “These signs will follow those who believe.”  

“Have you not known?  Have you not heard?  The EVERLASTING GOD, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary.  His understanding is unsearchable.  He GIVES POWER to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases their strength.”

Isaiah 40:28-29
